To help us assist you, please include:
- Your name and preferred contact details.
- The number of cards you would like graded.
- Your preferred service: Basic, Premium or PSA Submission Assistance.
- The type of cards, such as Pokémon, sports or other trading cards.
- Questions about pricing, turnaround times or shipping.

SHIPPING & SUBMISSIONS
Before sending cards to VSG, contact us to confirm submission arrangements and correct delivery details.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs to and from VSG, except where our qualifying Premium return-shipping offer applies. Secure packaging, tracked shipping and insurance are recommended.
IMPORTANT SHIPPING NOTICE
Please do not dispatch cards without first confirming submission details with VSG.
Any visible damage identified upon receipt will be documented where reasonably possible and communicated on the day of arrival.
VSG does not accept responsibility for loss, theft or damage during transport to or from VSG, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
